Weekly, for most pools. Miami's heat, sun, and near-daily summer rain burn through chlorine and push pH around faster than almost anywhere else in the country. A weekly visit keeps the water balanced and stops algae before it starts. Monthly plans work for lightly used or covered pools, and we'll tell you honestly which one your pool needs.
Skimming the surface, brushing walls and floor, vacuuming, emptying skimmer and pump baskets, testing pH, chlorine, and alkalinity, adding whatever chemicals the water needs, and checking that the pump, filter, and any automation are running right. You get a short report after each visit.
Almost every green pool can be recovered without draining. We shock, brush, run the filter hard, and follow up over a few days until it's clear. Draining and acid washing is reserved for pools with heavy staining or years of neglect, and we'll tell you up front if yours is one of them.
We bring them. Chemicals are included in weekly and monthly plans, dosed to what your water actually tests at. If you'd rather keep your own supply, we sell pool chemicals and accessories too.
For a lot of pools, yes. Salt chlorination is gentler on skin and eyes, and it makes steady chlorine instead of the spikes you get from manual dosing, which matters in our heat. We install and service salt systems, and we'll give you a straight answer on payback for your pool size.
Yes. A real estate pool inspection covers the shell, tile, coping, pump, filter, heater, lighting, plumbing, and safety features, with a written report you can take into negotiations. Book it before your inspection period closes.
